Fxoic is gone?

Hai all. I have some pending payment. Is Fxoic gone? Some post from other forum said that FXOIC is gone...huh.
I have join without any profit. They only pay for monitor site only. And they have 'bomb' the monitor site with good votes.
They now has move to scam program list.
